Barack Hussein Obama is still refusing to disclose to the American public something as innocent and as basic as his full, undoctored birth certificate to establish beyond any shadow of a doubt – and that doubt is growing daily – that he is a natural-born American citizen.
Ironically, now that the election is over, the pressure is building. A few bold members of Congress are getting interested in demanding hearings on the issue. The lawsuits are increasing. More pundits and activists are beginning to mobilize.
I, too, am raising the stakes.
Beginning today, I am personally sponsoring a petition campaign right here at this Internet news source, to all controlling legal authorities to determine Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency under Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution and to use all of their persuasive powers to make this information freely available to the rulers of this country – we the people.

My personal belief is that we do not have a choice in this. We have never had a choice other than Reagan; and what I have read, it was a miscalculation on the king makers part.
The king makers are behind the scene.
To this day, that is the only explanation why we got McNut and BO.
All I can tell you is that in my experience, no state issues any document attesting you were born there unless their base documentation states that. I’ve checked with a relative who works in the Texas state government in records, and they say that’s absolutely true. It’s common sense. That’s why the type of document Obama has produced has legal standing. And Hawaii state officials have said that specifically.
So all I’m telling you is that no court is going to agree that the Constitution is being eviscerated. The state of Hawaii is the only entity that can invalidate Obama’s document, and they clearly have no interest in doing so. That would be because it accurately reflects the base information thay have. One can argue until one is blue in the face that their base information is incorrect, but short of producing a Kenyan birth certificate the Kenyan government will stand behind, no court is going to entertain that argument.
I’m not telling you to disregard the Constitution, or that you have to like Obama and his policies, or that you can’t rag him mercilessly on policies where you disagree. All I’m saying is that short of something better than I’ve seen on this thread, his original birth certificate will say what the document he has already produced does, and all this carrying on is going no where. In fact, it simply plays right into the hands of current media efforts to stereotype conservatives as out of control rageaholics who can’t simply accept that Obama won.
Citation/evidence. Someone messed with the passport records of H. Clinton, McCain and Obama. AFAIK, we don't know what was done to/with those records.

Hawaii officials have said no such thing. They stated that an original birth certificate is on file. Due to privacy laws, they cannot tell anyone what it says. Cut the garbage. His sister Maya was born in Indonesia and has a Hawaiian certificate of live birth.

Not necessarily, but there is the law of unintended consequences. The Constitutional things has to be done (or why have a Constitution?); whatever happens after that will happen, or not.

The law is so narrowly exclusive of Obama (his mother was 18 when he was born instead of 19 years of age) that I don’t think this whole thing will hold water. The SCOTUS originalists would just look at the law, thinking of original intent of the law, and find for Obama. It’s truly a slim technicality, even if he WAS born in Kenya.

If your premise is sound Obama's actions do not appear to support it.

And the idea that “so what if his momma was only 18 instead of 19 [just barely 18, btw] and so what if he had all these other nationalities and maybe used an Indonesian passport, and was born a UK/Kenyan citizen too - they’re all just mere technicalities” often will get us common people in jail and/or with huge fines.
