Let's show Creepy Al Franken how to win a Senate seat the old-fashioned way.

Er, Mitt? Thanks but no thanks, the last thing we need to be doing in Georgia is dispatching a faux conservative to rally the real ones.

I wonder why Mitt suddenly wants to help other GOP when he wouldn’t even return Jeff Beatty’s phone calls in his run vs Kerry in 08.

OK, so is there anyone who doesn’t think that Romney has already kicked off his 2012 presidential campaign?

That guy is the most giving thoughtful generous politician I ever witnessed. I tell you if he were Catholic, Sainthood would be in sight. I get so pissed off knowing that we lost the election for nothing. We had the wrong candidate...Mitt Romney would have won...We as a collective group were so STUPID!!! How things would have been different had Mitt been our nominee. Wow economic downfall...Who is brilliant in this area???? MITT!!! Just Damn!!!

Second rule of politics - don't back a loser.

Exactly. It took Sen. Thompson all the way from Tennessee to help out.
Romney decimated (and worse) the MA GOP.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that Palin sees the ticket the other way.

The media was not about to allow their candidate to lose.

No republican was going to win this Presidential election.

The msm started beating up President Bush after 2000 and never stopped with the attacks.

My husband and I will be voting Dec. 2 for Mr. Saxby Chambliss. He should of got the seat in the first place. If these cheatin’ dems. would back off and let the real winners take their seats we wouldn’t have to recount and revote this election.

See how well that worked for them in 2004. Republicans can win, they just have to have the right candidate. Unfortunately, McCain was a weak candidate.

It will be interesting to see what kind of crowd Mitt draws there in Georgia. There is speculation that Sarah Palin will be down there next weekend. I’m betting she will outdraw McCain, Huckabee, and Mitt who have all been down there now.

The Mittster was running as a Rockefeller Republican only a few short years ago. He sticks his finger in the air to see what’s the best course to take, rather than staking a position and sticking to it.

Great News for Chamblis!

As a conservative, Chamblis missed out on the votes that Mitt can bring to the table:

The Mandates crowd
The Man Dates crowd
The Preborn Elimination crowd
The Larger Government crowd
The Socialized Medicine crowd
The Give us Liberal Judges crowd

In fact, as Mitt rallies these constituencies of his (his base), there’s a good chance this will put Saxby over the top!

I don’t know, but he campaigned for conservatives during the summer. Also fund raising letters. I do remember one specifically for Tom Feeney here in Florida. He campaigned for individuals.
