WASHINGTON – WND today announces the launching of an online petition designed to enlist the public's help in demanding evidence of Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for the office of the presidency.
The electronic petition calls on all controlling legal authorities to take seriously the matter of where and when and to whom Obama was born and whether he qualifies as a "natural-born American citizen," according to Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.
"This is a very unusual step for us to take," said Joseph Farah, founder, editor and chief executive officer of the leading independent online news source. "I have long resisted the temptation toward corporate activism – even avoiding the tradition of corporate editorial positions and political endorsements. We do those things individually as columnists and pundits, but WND has rarely engaged in taking editorial stands as most newspapers do."

Do you have a reference for that quote from the grandmother? I have seen and heard some interviews, but not that specific info.
If the constitution of the US is not worth defending against mob rule, then nothing is. If we wish to preserve the republic, than we had best let the chips fall, and then sort them out. By whatever means necessary.
We who value the constitution will not allow the moral emphasis of this argument to be inverted. All this speculation, correct or not; has come about because this lying crypto-marxist thug from the most corrupt environs of leftist Chicago sewer politics has ascended to POTUS-elect status with the willing aquiescence of the MSM. The MSM was hell-bent on concealing this usurper’s background because they wanted him to be elected. Now, in a classic case of blame the messenger, those of us who belive in the constitution are being reviled for insisting that a POTUS comply with a basic requirement that most of us unhesitatingly conform with when seeking a driver’s license.
The arrogance and effrontery of this lying bastid is breathtaking. The founders knew that they were not natural born citizens, so they had to include language in Art II Sec 1 that exempted THEM. Does this fraud think that he is better than Washington, Madison, Adams, and Jefferson in that sense? Apparently he does, and with the acquiesence of enough people, he will suceed in usurping and corrupting the Executive Branch of government. This situation presents the very real posssibility of impelling this great nation beyond a constitutional crisis toward a civil war.
Finally, consider the implications of a man who would undertake these devious machinations to knowingly assume an office that he has no constitutional claim to, and than to see this same counterfeit president elect take an oath to defend that constitution. I believe that such a man would be willing to impose ANY sort or despotism or tyranny upon us to retain power.

I don’t have the answers to the questions you ask....but the questions have already been raised, (and need to be answered).
One of the questions has to do with Obama’s mothers whereabouts.
Don’t know the woman who supposedly researched these announcements, but let’s remember that “reputable” factcheck.org produced the “real” birth certificate.
I think all reasonable people agree this needs to be dealt with.

We are all missing the point: Even if he was a natural born citizen, we know this: He went to school in Indonesia later. At that point in time, Indonesia only allowed Indonesian citizens to attend school. His stepfather had to adopt him or register him as Indonesian.
Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. Hussein's school records show him as Barry Soetero and show him as Indonesian with Islam as his religion.
What happened later? If I understand it correctly, Hussein could never 'undo' Indonesia. He could later become a naturalized Citizen of the USA, not go back to being natural born.

How do you know what date he was born in Kenya if you have not seen the certificate?
Who is anonymous poster ‘Lori” from the TD blog?
Where are her sources from the office of Vital Statistics and the paper?
Who would speak for the proper procedures of the newspaper postings decades ago?
How did she track down the person in charge of posting or typing up those listings in 1961?
Who is that elderly newspaper clerk, presumably in their 70’s or 80’s?
If she was able to track down a newspaper clerk that performed this mundane task in 1961, how about putting her on the tail of someone, I mean Anyone, that every saw Stanley Ann Dunham pregnant or with an infant in Hawaii?
A privleged very white young teenager pregnant and/or carrying a tiny black baby in 1961 on an island that was < 1% Black. That shouldn’t be so hard to find a witness or two. Maybe you should contact Lori from the TD blog and see if she will fly back to Hawaii and continue the research.

A hospital admitting agent
A hospital nurse(s)
A hospital room-mate
A friend, just one Hawaiin friend
A neighbor that lived next to or near her
A family member (Granny’s lips were sealed)
A teacher or classmate from UHI
A pediatricain of the new baby
A pediatric nurse for the new baby
A babysitter or caregiver
An infant vaccination record from HI (DOH)
Is there any witness that places the mother in the State of Hawaii after highschool in the early 1960’s either with or witout a child?

Not true. Hussein was a minor when this was going on, and minors can't renounce their citizenship. Neither can their parents do it in their behalf. To have renounced his citizenship, he would have had to appear before a US consular officer after having attained majority and have convinced the officer that he knew what he was doing, was not under duress, etc. Indonesian law doesn't matter.
That would only be relevant if Maya Soetoro's Hawaiian CoLB listed her as having been born in Hawaii. If that were the case, then no Hawaiian CoLB would be worth its paper and toner.
I suppose there is absolutely no way to ever see Maya’s COLB.

The clipping is real, it has been proven in many places, including the above, a site which is suspicious of Obama’s legitimacy.
He was not born in Kenya. He was born in the US.
You CAN have dual citizenship with us citizenship. At the time Obama was young, the citizenship with the foreign country expired at age 18 unless one renounced the us citizenship. He did not renounce us citizenship.
Today, the us allows dual citizenship at any age.
