Does anyone here truly think the USSC is going to take up this case?

It's going to conference, so I'd say there is a good chance of it being taken up sionce there is a serious constitutional question involved. Even if it doesn't go forward, expect at least three justices to issue opinions addressing why it should be heard. Those will get widespread notice.

If it is heard, expect a 9-0 decision against Obama if he cannot establish that he is a natural born citizen. The constitution is very clear.

If it is heard, expect a 9-0 5-4 decision against in favor of Obama if he cannot establish that he is a natural born citizen. The constitution is very clear.

There, fixed your statement.

What if they won't take it up, because the Constitution is clear and there is no "constitutional question?" And if he can't prove he's natural born, maybe they don't want to put their power to the test. If they say he may not be POTUS, how are they going to enforce their ruling? And if they can't, do they want THAT precedent?

The Supreme Court (probably any court) has the right to ask the FBI/CIA etc. for any information relevant information they may have. With his associations, he is just the sort of person who would be on their radar.

Widespread notice? Other than World Net Daily has this issue,
to any degree, seen the light of day in the liberal MSM?
I didn't think so ...

Except for that fact that the Supreme Court generally avoids cases of a serious constitutional nature, that only an extraordinarily small % of cases are actually taken up by the Court, and that individual justices generally do not issue individual opinions on reviews such as this.

So much misinformation in your post, it is staggering.

The USSC could rule Obama ineligible and then there could be an urgent rush job on a Constitutional amendment.

The record is 3 months (shortest time) for the 26th amendment which gave 18 year olds the right to vote.

Didn’t you get the memo on Nov. 4th? The Constitution no longer matters any more!

The libs can and will do what ever the hell they want!
