Obama's "official" (British, etc) citizenship is irrelevant. What matters is the "natural born" part. If he was born in the US, even to foreign parents, he'll get by the USSC.

The real issue to me, is that the BC contains confusing and/or embarrassing information. He was born in Hawaii -- but maybe his father is not Barack Obama Sr. Or maybe the BC says religion=Muslim.

Disagree. It’s really very simple - his dad was of British citizenship. According to laws at that time, Hussein’s father’s British citizenship was bestowed upon him. His mother was a US citizen. So that means he is a dual citizen (even then he was a citizen of the world :)). And thus, Hussein does not meet the test of natural born citizen.

The whole premise of the case is all wrapped up nicely in a neat little package. I for one think there is no way that the SCOTUS can look at this case and not agree with Donofrio - BHO is ineligible for POTUS.

None of the issues would be worth hiding, now that he has already won an election.

Come back to the real issues of why his minions breached the US Dept. of State Passport files 3 times on his behalf.

Come back to the fact that he attempted to have a clause inserted into Senate Resolution 511 that would have granted NB status to babes born to a ‘one US citizen parent’ while living abroad.

Look at the intent behind the actions mentioned above.

They didn’t care that his middle name is Hussein and they wouldn’t care if it was Mohammed Atta and he was listed Muslim. They wouldn’t care who Daddy is or isn’t, they already bought the bill of goods.
