I have to believe that it is quite possible that SCOTUS did not know of this situation. How could you know since the media never reported on it.
I basically found out from a democratic friend who loved to tease me on my voting choice. It might have been 6 days before the election when he heard on the radio about a birth certificate issue. I was like what? Are you sure? Then the research began! It took a lot of effort to find out anything and then the checks and balances kicked in on what was really true and what wasn't!
You have to admit that at the beginning it was foggy at best! As time passes more and more Obama supporters have backed us up on the Constitutional issue here. And it also does not matter which ethnicity you are since race is a non-issue in this matter!

Yeah, and most were focusing on the economy, Bailout Bill, etc. Almost as if it was the “tail wagging the dog” all over again {tin-foil hat time...}
But seriously, Leo didn’t even bring up the case until Oct. 27 or so, just a few days before the election. And his observation was “there it was — right out there in the open.”
