Yeah I think upholding The Constitution would set a dangerous precedent. The Framers risked death, ruin and worse. The were very serious about the requirements to become POTUS. We either have a Constitution or we have mob rule and anarchy.

Hmmm.... I wonder if the Federal Income Tax provision in the Constitution is invalid as well? Maybe we should all stop our withholding for a few months?
This is a very important case. Don’t worry about riots if The O can’t serve. They will be eclipsed by the riots that ocure if he is ineligible and does serve! Riots are a two way street and America is rather upset at the moment.

We either have a Constitution or we have mob rule and anarchy. Thanks for posting this. Someone risking their fortunes and sacred honor is a rarity these days. Fewer people will have fortunes to sacrifice and even fewer act like they have sacred honor. Either we HAVE a Constitution, or we don't - and it is worth "protecting and defending" it even if if means some people get embarrassed.
