...Or have a theater in Branson.
Dick, if your remote’s like mine, there’s a power button on it. If that doesn’t work, you can shoot the TV and that’ll work. If you don’t have a firearm in your residence, throw a heavy object at the screen and that’ll work. If you’re not strong enough, get your houseboy to do it. If the houseboy’s a poof also...call the super.
I’m in a running feud with some ultra libs. Considering the revelation that the whole issue of her “Africa is a country” statement proved to be a hoax, did she really say the words that Cavett is quoting? If so, in what interview or context. Thanks for the help.
Second, I am not sure about this quote. I never heard it before and I am not sure in what context it was said. Notice the psuedo-intellect Cavett never provided the context either. My guess is that your ultra liberal friends couldn't either but hey if they read it from a perceived intellectual like Cavett that's probably good enough for them.
I did find a link for the NYT that talked about how the whole Palin - Africa is a country smear, was fabricated by two amateur filmmakers. Since part of the pompous windbags comment was based on that story I am assuming the quote is also probably made-up or mangled.
