Just about every DUI arrest I’ve made was based on the drivers action/inactions, reactions and statements made to me by the subject. The breathalyzer only confirmed alcohol and amount BAC. My report as well as in car video usually resulted in conviction, breathalyzer was only a toll used to push my suspicion into confirmation.
And the machine has yet to ask for a suspects race.
Thank you officer. I watch enough of “Cops” to see that there are two or three tests before the breathalizer comes out. The first are eyes. And if he has a car cam the guy is toast. If I were the Judge I would say “Bailiff arrest this Lawyer ‘cause he has to be high on something”
