Allow me to amplify this statement a bit. IF the Justices vote to dismiss the case after hearing the petitions, then no media reaction is to be expected and the media doesn't lose any more of their strained, nearly non-existent credibility. IF, however, the Justices do ANYTHING else -- schedule oral arguments, order Obama to present a vault copy of his COLB, etc -- and the media continues to remain silent ... THEN, and ONLY THEN, will the media lose what little credibility they have left in my estimation.
