Government running private business.

I am going to sue Burger King for not making Big Macs. I want a Big Mac, but I want to be able to get one at the local Burger King. Similar reasoning IMHO.

The people who started this website used to work at Focus on the Family and yes, it’s supposed to be a christian-based website. I can’t believe they’d give in to this. I can’t believe that a private company would be forced to condone a mental illness.

eHarmony is creating a parallel site, which will offer a service similar to what they offer heterosexual couples, but will not be part of their larger heterosexual website

eHomo-ny?

I wish eHarmony had taken this to the Supreme Court.

Maybe eHarmony can deal with this by creating a very user-unfriendly site with poor/no customer service, links that just show an Error page, etc. Oh, and pics of really, really ugly “couples”.

I’ve recommended this before on a couple of other threads, but it’s imperative to listen to John MacArthur’s sermon, “A Nation Abandoned by God.” Google the title, and you’ll find a site to either download a podcast or listen online. The sermon was from the 2007 National Day of Prayer. Every Christian should listen to it and then get on their knees.

You just know that “Separate But Equal” is not going to fly on the long term. The lawsuits will continue until the main site is open to homosexuals.

This is insane, EH does that compatibility test crap based on opposite sex.

This, I think, is a very important point. eHarmony is based on years of research of long lasting marriages. By definition, in the US, those are going to be heterosexual. A gay version of eHarmony just wouldn't work; nobody knows what characteristics make a same sex marriage last in the US. A gay eHarmony will be nothing more than an overpriced Yahoo Personals.
