How much higher was voter turnout in South Texas Hispanic counties in 2008 compared to 2004?

Looking at at least one Hispanic county, the turnout appeared dramatically up.

Zavala County
2004
Kerry - 2,332 - 75%
Dubya - 777 - 25%

2008
Obama - 3,263 - 84%
McCain - 596 - 15%
