The CLerk put personal convenience before the Constitution.....Do the swear an oath to unhold it like the Justices? If So, IMO legal action should be taken.
Our elected officials (Prothonotary, Clerk of Court) and their First Deputies, I believe, take an oath. I don’t know if the rest of the clerks in the office do or not. I’ll have to ask about that one.
