"The perp had refused to surrender multiple times after being confronted with an arrest warrant."

“Before the younger Russ was arrested...They backed off after he agreed to turn himself in that Monday – the day his father was supposed to have surgery. Nov. 10 came and went without the younger Russ surrendering, McMahon said.”

Not exactly the same thing as "refusing to surrender", is it Roscoe?

And your response on the racist statement you made was..?

Sure it is, tpaine.

He refused the warrant once and barricaded himself in a house. After promising to surrender later, he called the Sheriffs and let them know he wasn't going to honor that agreement.

Maybe they should have waited for him to flee to Mexico.
