ST. PAUL, Minn. -- A Ramsey County judge raised doubts Wednesday about the ability of elections workers to withhold data on voters with rejected absentee ballots, and he promised to rule later in the day on Democrat Al Franken's lawsuit seeking the information.
Judge Dale Lindman heard nearly an hour of arguments from lawyers for Franken, Republican Norm Coleman and Ramsey County elections officials. Coleman's campaign wants the data kept under wraps. The Senate race between Franken and Coleman is in a statewide recount.

I heard about this judge on a radio show. He’s in the tank for the dems.
Senator Franken, remember me, one of your favorite judges, when you take office.
Remember years ago, Franken talked about “The Franken Decade,” in his comedy routines ‘vote for me, Al Franken’. I think it would be more fun, if Franken wins, to call the Obama years “The Franken Decade”. Stick it to Obama while focusing on the furthest of the leftist elites.
This is just sickening.
That's the problem. This fat little troll will personally bang on doors and demand answers from people. If they say they voted for him, he'll invite them to a free-beer rally where they can all cry "Disinfranchised!" for the cameras. If they say they voted against them, he'll egg their house while they sleep.
The reasons for rejections should be provided, not the names and addresses.
The 2010’s now.
