IMO, there are some personalities that need to have others to play off of. In a way, Hill is a Couric type. Take her away from the ensemble and she's not a compelling draw.

I never watched anything with her after she left Fox & Friends. Megyn Kelly, in contrast, can hold her own (intellectually included) in the studio or work with partners as well. Geraldo, in contrast, needs to be flying solo.
