I think I see the main difference between the US and UK. For you guys the tie between race and national identity is much stronger hence why Nick Griffin said in a interview that non-white Briton would be offered the same civil protection under the law but he also considers them as not quite as equal as white Britons.
I am citizen of the United States, which was indeeed founded by Englishmen.
If standing up for America or England or India for that matter is considered racist, then so be it... let's get on with the war.
