Be gay all you want but for the love of God stop getting in me and my kids face about it. Tolerance does not require my full endorsement along with a cheque in the form of tax breaks to boot.

I agree. I know someone who is a militant gay, and he and his boyfriend/partner/whatever are planning to get married in Connecticut sometime soon. For what purpose? Is there a law that prevents them from living together and doing whatever behind closed doors? Nope. Do they qualify for any benefits being "married" vs. not? Nope. Are they celibate, and await only the bonds of "marriage" to "know" each other? Nope.

It is a sham. This whole idea of "gay marriage" is a crock of hooey, invented for the sole purpose of giving organized religion (of whatever stripe) the finger, simply because organized religion failed to endorse their lifestyle as moral or permitted.

Someday, people are going to get completely sick and tired of this nonsense. However, I'm not holding my breath. Any country that could elect Mr. Obama to the Office of President is in very, very sad shape. My wife says that this is about what it must've been like in Sodom & Gomorrah, and she's probably not far off.

Not quite like Soddom and Gomorrah if two entire cities had less then 10 righteous people. America has millions of God fearing people that help it’s fellow man. The earth will go through a global correction, through world war. The U.S. will also be corrected and will undergo pain that could have been minimized if we had stayed true to our former national relationship with Christ. It’s mostly reap what you sow at play.
