A Buena Park pastor and vice-presidential candidate noted for his politics from the pulpit is a party to a lawsuit seeking to keep President-elect Obama from taking office. The lawsuit claims Obama has not provided sufficient proof he is a U.S. citizen, and asks that Secretary of State Debra Bowen not certify California’s election results until he provides more concrete evidence.
Wiley Drake, pastor of the First Southern Baptist Church of Buena Park, is named as a plaintiff, as is Alan Keyes. Drake ran for vice-president on the American Independent ticket with Keyes, who got the presidential nod.
“We want the truth,” Drake said. “If Barack Obama can prove he’s a natural-born citizen, we’ll go away. If not, we won’t go away.”
Drake said he and his attorneys have an audiotape of Obama’s grandmother describing how she witnessed his birth in Kenya.
“We have what we think is pretty strong evidence that Barack Obama is not natural born,” Drake said.

Hot dang! Is this lawsuit #18 in the 13th state? I sure hope so. However, osama just hired another clintoonite, Eric Holder, to be his AG, which will make his 4th law firm to squash these lawsuits, at taxpayers expense naturally.
This pastor is joining the AIP/Keyes lawsuit, I believe.

Interesting that. I’m not all that comfortable with politics from the pulpit but maybe that’s going to be the only place where we get at the truth. Our elected officials certainly can’t be bothered. Thanks for the info.
They claim to have the Kenyan Granny admission tape on Obama’s birth as evidence. This may be a tipping point for a judge to compel Obama to prove his citizenship status.
I think that is readily available on youtube now as well.
