Either the Constitution matters or it doesn’t. If we are willing to ignore the constitutional requirements for the highest office in our land, what else are we willing to forgo?

That is going to be his defense claim. I say that, after jan 20, 2009, he is going to say that his election, by a majority of the voters, makes our constitution a document that is null and void. He will claim that he was not born in the states and since one part of the constitution is null and void, then all part are, thus he was tell us that elections are no longer needed, and that he will rule the nation to his death.
I know that this is way out there, but could we have written the script of how this election played out?

Ditto that. As "the one" sworn to uphold the Constitution, the President is required to abide by it and not render it meaningless. Despite a few nay-sayers and Obama-bots, I think we all agree this is important. Obama is either hiding something, or he is a pathetic leader in that he has not addressed this and put the issue to bed a long time ago.

C'mon, Obama, you won the vote -- now show some leadership and make your documents PUBLIC like the rest of us! Do you want us to accept you or not!?!

Committing fraud does not a Constitutional Amendment make...and failing to properly qualify for the office is an impeachable offense and his election should be declared as null and void by the Supreme Court.

There are too many protections in the Constitution for a courtroom technicality to declare it null and void. The only thing that will declare the Constitution null and void is a complete attempt at a coup...but that will not be easy in an armed population.
