I agree, they are infested with corruption throughout the police force there. I just feel sorry that the one in a dozen who actually believes enough in his job to actually DO it gets killed.
In the cops’ defense, it’s hard to resist when the alternatives are “gold or lead.”
Take the bribe, or be killed with your family.
