my brother-in-law worked at a tire plant in his small town - the union would go on strike every couple of years and had tons of benefits - until they closed the plant

Happened to everyone I know who’s worked in manufacturing....Ford sold out and those who worked there were reduced to $7.00 per hour jobs. Anywhere a union moved in that had not been unionized, it lead to their demise and company closed soon after.

If you wanna see your company go down the tubes, easiest way to ensure it’s destruction is to UNIONIZE!
