A hearing is set for Monday on a lawsuit that seeks to compel Virginia election officials to count late absentee ballots from U.S. troops serving overseas.
Where are all the lawsuits against the demonRAT-run, ACORN-infested governments/states (Ohio secretary of state, etc.) who let registration and election fraud take place?
It sounds like the ballots were not sent out on time, so they already failed once to do the right thing.
The reason to pursue this is not to win an election, but to respect our troops. The way they get dissed by the left is atrocious. Now, taking away their right to vote through fraudulent means is about the worse insult you can give a soldier.

Why bother?
People overseas come from different states and each state has different laws and ballots (each district even has different candidates).
Our men and women in the military should NEVER have their votes denied by ANY state!
To do what is RIGHT for the people who are serving this nation. Why hold them up now?

Fair question. I had an answer when I served but of course years have buried it with tons of mis-information!...lol
What about seperate ballot for the military in presidential elections only?
When your life is on the line, you want your voice heard not squelched on a date technicality or because you forgot to print your name on the ballot.
In four more years nobody’s vote will count for anything anyway if the Socialist leaders of the Democrat party have their way.
Communists in power will just railroad anything that gets in their path. We are almost totally there, so don't hope for much to happen.
