This “localism” b.s. does sound like a dire threat to syndicated conservative talk radio.

otoh, if the Obamanators move forward on this the explosive counter-reaction may be just what is needed to recharge the conservative movement.

I agree. This kind of a move would galvanize support behind conservative talk radio. This could get very ugly very quickly.

“Localism” is like “diversity” - a nice-sounding word that masks political efforts to achieve the exact opposite of what the word suggests. “Diversity” and “localism” will and are being used to actually eliminate diversity and eliminate local control. Both are tools through which leftist advocacy groups eventually squeeze out all contrary opinion, and in extreme cases render contrary opinion literally unspeakable (political correctness) or illegal, as when anti-gay organizations are marginalized or even criminalized.
