Stay in NY Rudy!
We don’t need you nor want you as a Presidential contender.
You’re way too much of a RINO!
You know I was 100% opposed to Rudy for President but as a mayor or governor I could vote for him in a heartbeat. NY could do allot worse than a ‘RINO’ who Regan thought was good for the department of Justice...
I think we should eagerly support Rudy should he choose to run for Governor or Senator from New York.
prisoner6
Absolutely!
He is a strong advocate of free enterprise and national defense. He would be a huge asset in NY
Baby steps.
I think more republican governors is a good thing as long as they don’t lick the boots of Washington. It would be super if a bunch of states told the fed to take a hike. Also, if they were all conservative but that’s a lot to ask.
Go, Rudy. He would make a great governor, just not president. Paterson is clearly out of his element. He appears to have little interest in governing and has stated is doesn’t have a desire to run for U.S. Senate.
With the state in economic shambles, it might be possible for Rudy to win.
I think Governor is a perfect place for Rudy! Go for it!
While I agree that Rudy has qualities that make him undesirable as a GOP presidential candidate, he is still a very strong leader who could do a lot of good for the GOP in New York State. As another poster pointed out, if he were to run for Senator and knock out Chuck Schumer or Hillary Clinton, then that's a pretty good thing I think.
RUN RUDY RUN
I would not vote for him during the presidential primaries. Though he is as conservative or even more so than Romney....both having to take on some liberal causes to get elected in deep blue states. What politicians really believe is a mystery as they will move to whatever position they feel will get them elected.
good!!
Yeah, I can handle him for governor or my congressman soooooo much more than what’s in there now.
I’ve been thinking about running for stuff here in NYC.
It would be a huge shot in the arm for NYC, as well as a complete 180º from Bloomie’s policies, the only thing is I don’t know anything regarding what he does, or even a councilman for that matter...
In response to Rudy Giuliani mulling a run for Governor, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg declared himself Ruler of All New York. For life, naturally.
Hahahaha
I really wouldn’t be surprised. He’s like a dictator.
Giuliani wanted 2 more months. Citizens of NYC wouldn’t give it to him. Bloomberg wants another whole term, he does an end-run around the entirety of the people, and he had the majority of those voting vote “Yea” for him. Absolutely incredible
At least as major, my first act would be to destroy all firearm registries, electronic and paper. Second, any SWAT raid would have to ultimately be approved by me, after having been completely briefed on every piece of intel they have. If I don’t think it will end up good, they don’t go in and kill the person’s dog. They shoot up an innocent person’s house and kill them, guess what? Commander on the scene is relieved of duty, and those that shot the person get thrown in jail for murder. Will it make the cop’s job harder? Maybe, maybe not
RUN RUDY RUN!!!
He would make a good NY Gov. He was too social lib to be our nominee but otherwise was/is a great leader, and he can take NY back from the dark side of total Dem control.
We need this to happen, desperately.
I could not agree more. Rudy would be a great governor.
The libs. in NYC are an ungrateful bunch that have forgotten that Bush has kept them safe since 9-11. Everytime I go there to see my daughter the arrogance of these people makes me sick.
