Time to go through the garbage. Joe, you better warm up.

Not if this is verified before December 15. I would think that if the president-elect is ineligible for the presidency, then the electoral college would have to vote for the other guy (McCain). Now, if it goes beyond the inauguration, then I guess Biden might be pres. There are bound to be some founder papers on this some place.

This would end up in the Sup Court, no doubt. What do you think the chances would be there? It would have to be definite with this court.

Those Democrat electors could just vote for a different Democrat. Like, Biden. Or Hillary. They certainly won't vote for McCain in any case.
