Chalk up another blunder of the incompetent out of control Bush Administration. Even though this piece of stupidity was the product of the incompetent NASA organization, Bush is responsible. I believe he is still President.

Question ... what are we going to do when Bush isn't in office any more? Things can't be Obama's fault because that would be racism. Oh, I'm sure they'll find a way of continuing to blame Bush for everything.
