Duvall was participating with a group protesting the alleged teaching of torture on Fort Huachuca in the military intelligence school. After an illegal entry, Duvall refused to walk on his own. He was not charged and was later released but banned for a year from the fort"
Except I'd have charged him with criminal trespass.
