When Klinton came into office you could buy an AK 47 for as low as $35 and when he went out they were close to $1000. Want a logical investment? In the 60”s the M1 Garand was less than $50 and now CMP sells them for $500 and gun shows at $1000+. Military surplus weapons have increased about 12% and double in about 10 years. What has BO done to cause a rush on guns and collapse of the stock market? Think about it.

I was at a gun show in Austin yesterday to get my air rifle repaired by a gunsmith who was going to be there. We arrived about 45 min after opening time; neither I, nor the gunsmith, had ever seen anything like it! There was a 1/4 mile long line 3-4 people deep waiting to get inside the convention center!! Parking was impossible; the closest I have ever seen a crowd like that was at a rock concert or pro-football game. This was in liberal Austin!

It sure looks like ordinary Americans are preparing for armed resistance!

I was just reading today on FR that the rifle Oswald used cost $12.95.

Aww, really? I’ve been hoping to get an M1 but had to wait until I moved out of CA (since I was a student, not a resident). Now they’re inching up towards four figures? Damn.
