t a multiple handset wireless phone for in your house.... One base unit that gets plugged into the magicjack and the other handset(s) have their own charger.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. I've been wanting to get another cordless. I used to have one, but I made the mistake of talking during a lightning storm. It knocked out the phone and nearly deafened me in one ear; plus I could not talk to clients and use the laptop at the same time, since they used the same frequency. I think they've solved that frequency problem since then (2004).

A phone wired to the wall is much more hazardous during a lightning storm.

Refurbed 3 handset unit for about $52.00

Mine are not Porthalt! mercy! One set I lucked into by being in a fabric store that happened to have some wide linen sheeting on the bolt. And Sfierra (Italian) makes sheets that are expensive, but not shocking like those on the site you have here. I think you can get a queen sheet for $200.

The best sheets, ever, came from Israel and are probably now unobtainable. Wonderful stuff. Second best, Irish cambric. Third best, Italian. The trouble with linen sheets is that the quality varies widely. You must touch before you buy. They should be smooth and crisp with a definite coolness to the touch, with no hairy feel. Hairiness is the cheaper, short "tow" fiber.
