Dear Desert Farmer,
Sounds as though you are enjoying the experiment. How hot does it get during the day there and how chilly at night?

Mid-November, maybe mid to upper 80's during the day and low 60's or high 50's at night........during mid-July we're always close to or well over 110 during the day, and it doesn't cool off below the mid 80's overnight.

Abberations can happen....two Christmases ago, we had two nights around 25 which offed a whole lot of the local citrus grove production.....and summer before last, we had about 3 days of 125/126 which hurt even the cactus, but didn't faze the citrus, other than sunburned leaves. The birds don't fly when it gets that hot.
