They are great in soup with other types of beans, corn and tomatoes. Also you can make them like baked beans.
Baked Lima beans?! No kidding?! My wife has been putting them in soup and I like them that way! ...also just steaming them and then covering them up with butter and salt. :-)

Baked Lima beans?! No kidding?! Yes, you make them with the same sweet'n'savory recipes as for regular baked beans, which are usually Great Northern or Navy beans. Here are some baked bean recipes.
