Don't like them taking credit for this because methinks they are using it to pave the way for Mitt 2012 with the togetherness established with evangelicals. I don't want a Mormon in high office. I don't want Jehovah's Witnesses in high office and I don't want Muslims in high office either.

For all the talk, in the secular world, the movie world and the internet about an antichrist, people are forgetting that the Bible predicts a religious tyrant over the one world theocracy of The End. Not a Political one alone. This is why I don't want people with questionable or counterfeit Christianity in high office. Imagine a Marxist Obama who convinced the whole world he was Jesus and could rule with Godlike, actually God's authority? This is why I am wary of Mormons in high office or in politics at all, because I believe in the Bible.

The Bible also says do not be “unequally yoked” with unbelievers. Mormons are not Christians by their own belief system, and consider normative Christians as unbelievers ourselves! Ask ‘em. We are the “heathen” in Mormon ideology. I guess that would make flagrant gays the “super heathen”...

The gays attacked us. There was no credit to take. They decided to focus on us. The church has consistently stated that they were one of a coalition of religions that worked to defeat Gay Marriage. We successfully defended traditional marriage together and if we want to go on protecting it, we will need to continue to work together. The opposition will not give up, you can count on that. Just because we work together on this does not imply that you agree with us. It only means we share this issue in common.

This issue is incredibly important, not just to Mormons or Catholics or Baptists or whomever, its important to civilization itself. So, I ask again, why not work together on this? We need to be allies right now, not rivals. If we don't, we may ultimately lose the war and surely that's not God's will.

You don't think that's already happened? The Nation of Islam calls him their Messiah, his voters say he "inspires" them and they are all willing to go along with whatever he wants for "the common good" and the press worships him and hangs onto his every word like he's God.

The good news is that there is a real Messiah and He is the one who IS in control. That, at least, has not changed.
