You know that's not what I meant....... I was addressing the practicality of trying to reverse a national election in the courts. His citizenship should have been adjudicated earlier. It wasn't and now it's too late.......Furthermore I oppose even bringing up the question now because the courts will let it slide ( you know that, don't you? )and if he wasn't really qualified constitutionally and everybody is made aware of it then we will have bigger problems down the road.
The election is over, friend. For a million reasons they stole it fair and square. We got beat. Lets pick up the pieces and fight it out in congress and the coming election of 2010

I think I know what you meant.....but the result is the same.
If, it turns out he was born in Kenya...and both Houses think it's just fine...we just can't have the turmoil at this time.
What next? At what point in time do we say well...."some" of the Constitution IS important and we will abide by it...but other "parts" aren't and we will overlook them. I happen to call that a BIG problem......
