First it will be their indoctrination camps of “volunteers” which will be like concentration camps. Then they will put in there any recalcitrant “selfish” or “racist”, or anyone denounced as politicaly incorrect enough, ie. the defying independent self employed, self wealthed and self defended gunowner (or anyone not bowing blindly to the leader totem phallic, whether there is traffic or not needing to be watched, as liberals cannot understand why we hate doing it, us so called “homophobic sexophobics”).
Then if one is angry at a neighbor or sucking an illegal lollipop, he’ll be jailed too. Folkes are already jailed for much less, like yawning or sneezing in front of an officer. The process is mad and self feeding without much control once it reaches these kinds of critical mass. Obama can stand back and say he is not responsible nor condoning this... blablabla... while enjoying watching it. Ayers “loves” him.
ISolation and tatooing people to this end with numbers is already occuring at the Daily Kos to be counted. This self isolation will exacerbate their needs to isolate the rest who are not tattooed. They already ritualize it in their own circles, peer pressuring and raising suspicion on the resistors.
It will likely take a simpler form. Any teen refusing to take part in Universal Service (or "dishonorably discharged" from it for having a bad attitude) will be ineligible for college financial aid, and likely not to be admitted to college. A college degree will be required for any job higher than sweeper (but degrees will increasingly be worthless as any measure of real education).
This is how it will happen: make the "politically incorrect" ineligible for any high-paying job, ineligible to start a business, etc.
