Anyone care to bet His Majesty Obama - The One - will soon have a Presidential Cape and Crown - and uniforms for his entourage???
ITA with the author of this article.
I do feel a cold fear, but also immeasurable anger. It’s an extremely disturbing feeling — one that I’ve never had before (even during the Clinton years). I pray that the Almighty God spares us from evil.
That’s “Dear Leader” to you!!!
THANKS TONS.
One worthy the email list.
I copied out the Churchill quote at the end and pasted it again at the beginning above the title in bold 16 size blue.
College kids see fascism as all doom and gloom that can be easily avoided. The fact is that fascism came to Germany surrounded by smiling children, academic and athletic excellence, and spectacular architecture. It came with words of a greater good and social justice.
Oh really? The american people or at least most of them will go right along with it.
People like us and this author will be yelling from the rooftops, but we will be considered paranoid.
The movie Gladiator is so instructive. Graccus knew the situation well:
“Fear and wonder, a powerful combination.”
“I think he knows what Rome is. Rome is the mob. Conjure magic for them and they’ll be distracted. Take away their freedom and still they’ll roar. The beating heart of Rome is not the marble of the senate, it’s the sand of the coliseum. He’ll bring them death - and they will love him for it.”
These quotes are so germaine to our situation now. Just replace Rome with America.
This fear is partly due to the success of the Bush Administration’s efforts on the homefront. Contrary to the frantic hyperbole from the left about the Patriot Act and President Adolf Hitler Bush, we really have felt safe and secure these past 7 years. Through all of their hysterical rhetoric there had been a comfort level of normalcy and yes,
confidence in our President that he would protect us from another attack. This reality is now dissolving right before their eyes and that’s why the fear is setting in.
There is an old adage that is aptly applied here:
Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.
A sort of welfare of directives from the top instead of self employment. Blind, they still perform less well and go murder suicide for the false prophet in denunciations and fear/victim mongering. Add to that dosages of sex like gratuity, Oedipus rex syndrome with the leader now released and allowed, plus gratuity's association with abortion and murder, what a concoction indeed. A time for vigilance and true noble delicate intelligence through pain, and not just through memory - or, God-forbid, through hitoricism of "vengos de pilgrima, percepta distorto", though it is their plank of isolate. From 72 virgins through communist utopia all the way to portrayal superlative exagerates of "evil imperialists" and now worship of Obama, let the world over high and low, east and west, north and south, eat of the evil it wants so bad, "change", and cowards who stay dejected and incompetent all the same, waiting for hand outs of "uprightness".
Not me. I'll probably be a rotting corpse in a pile of spent brass.
YEP.
And we will have the same ending as well.
I prefer to think of him as "a resigned senator elite" at this point in time. Or, ARSE for short.
INDEED TO THE MAX.
And so have 10's of millions of clueless 'citizens.' Who shall be like deer caught in headlights . . . or rabbits caught in a Mack truck's headlights at 75mph 20 ft away.
Carrion rabbit splat pancake.
. . . followed by the nearby rabbits joining paws and singing a heart-felt KUMBYA.
Me too.
I agree with you on the Patriot Act. And Bush redefined conservatism in a way that is misleading and destructive to conservative principles (”compassionate conservatism”). We now have to reconstruct a more Reaganesque form and this will be Bush’s legacy to the Republicans for the future.
In nature (not culture), Americans are no different from the people who followed Hitler, Mussolini, Ayatollah Khomeini, Pol Pot or Lenin. The tendency to deify leaders is universal.
A sort of welfare of directives from the top instead of self employment. Blind and self blinding stupid for eyes for the leader only, they still perform less well and go murder suicide, all for the false prophet in denunciations and fear/victim mongering.

Meanwhile the media whore keeps dancing, finaly getting old, and she will be spanked, and restricted, lest she finds more popular yet and gets tired too quickly.
“Not me. I’ll probably be a rotting corpse in a pile of spent brass.”
Good one.
I truly believe that just as many Germans followed Hitler over the precipice during WWII, there are many Americans today who would follow Obama unquestioningly, unthinkingly, unknowingly — into the fires of Hell.
Me too
Me three.
a future Bummao is all toooooooooo EAGER to set-up.
“At this there was a terrible baying sound outside, and nine enormous dogs
wearing brass-studded collars came bounding into the barn...
“Silent and terrified, the animals crept back into the barn. In a moment
the dogs came bounding back. At first no one had been able to imagine
where these creatures came from, but the problem was soon solved: they
were the puppies whom Napoleon had taken away from their mothers and
reared privately. Though not yet full-grown, they were huge dogs, and as
fierce-looking as wolves. They kept close to Napoleon. It was noticed that
they wagged their tails to him in the same way as the other dogs had been
used to do to Mr. Jones.”
~~ From Chapter V of “Animal Farm,” by George Orwell
There you go again! Raising questions the media should have brought up and examined but wouldn’t and won’t.
They will probably start with the evil evangelicals.
