Communists see anarchy as a step in the process of communism. It is the confused state of revolution necessary to usher in centralized control, like the bailout.

There’s also supposed to be peace and harmony after the dictatorship of the proletariat whithers away. That is the famous end of the historical process of dialectical materialism. What Marx apparently failed to realize is that something will have to be there to keep people from collecting property and kicking a new historical process into gear. That, among other things, is what makes his philosophy foolish.
