I don’t think there is proof that Obama was born in Kenya, is Malcolm X’s son, or that his birth certificate was forged. Forgive me, but I took your comment to mean the same.
We have no proof of anything.
Someone might, but the public does not.
It is a known fact that very little is known.
When people in high positions are less than forthcoming about matters that should be common knowledge, is it any wonder that some people try to fill in the gaps? And whose fault is it? Those who try to figure things out because they aren’t told basic information that they need as citizens? Or those who withhold? Obviously I think it is the latter.
The speculation arises from the secrecy around the BC (not the COLB).
Clearly, there is something he is trying to hide. That's not me saying that, that's Obama's own lawyers in response to inquries]. (Here's some supporting material I spent twenty minutes digging for, , though not what I was looking for, wild speculation mostly.
FWIW like you, I accept President-elect Obama as President-elect, wish him well, pray for his well-being as God's chosen leader for this nation, and expect the probability of his swearing in at noon Jan. 20, 2009. That does not abrogate, however, legitimate constitutional questions that have not been satisfactorily addressed.
