Actually it will state place of birth, if properly filed, And if it hasn't been altered. Nothing but a neutral party examination will determine that. Certainly nothing posted on less than neutral website will not. A copy of the long form would be good, as it will contain facts that can be separately verified. Doctor's names, hospital. Hospital administration folks who signed the thing, and so forth.
