THAT may prove to be the true Constitutional convention, as the Dem Majority in both houses deem it a national emergency that requires immediate action (you know, like that BS $700 Billion bailout that we had to enact to save the world) and pass that amendment that says you don’t have to be born in the US, and make it retroactive to 2006 or so.

There will be no amendment without State ratification and that will not happen prior to the date a new president must be sworn in.
