My pleasure.

By way of all of the recent digging into the birth announcement address; the thought occurred to me that even if the Dunhams are not the owners of record, it doesn't prove that they didn't live there. They could have been renters, or perhaps it was only Ann and BHO SR, renting the place, or a portion of the home. Maybe, someone gave them a break and graciously lent them a portion of the home.

The fact that it's an upscale neighborhood, does raise some question as to the veracity of the announcement, noting the subject address as their residency, due to the occupations and corresponding salaries of all of the actors.

I believe that the property records should be physically viewed to settle any doubt as to ownership of the property in 1961.

Dunhams parents were commies in good standing, could the Party have helped out with rent if that was the case? Even owner at the time may have been afilliated. Getting curiouser & curiouser.
