There’s that ... but not being granted a visa for Dubai isn’t exactly “punishment.”
Just theorizing, actually ... I realize Dubai wants the bux (or whatever their currency is) from the tourists.

LOL yes, having lived in 2 different tourist towns, I’d say that’s a big yes! If they wanted to cut off their heads I’d say that was a little bit extreme.
