No. Sorry. We seem to be talking past each other.
The part of the Constitution that is at issue with Obama is the same part that was at issue when a CA court excluded Cleaver.

So Eldridge Cleaver was born on a military base within foreign soil? Nope, he was born "too late". IOW, he wasn't old enough. A disqualification is a disqualification, be it based on age, residency, or status as a natural born citizen.
