Check the statute that was in force 72 years ago, ex post facto, doesn't set well in the Court, at least not always. Unless we are just taxing people who are already dead, they can't complain or vote, except in Democratic precincts.

It has always been that a military family on orders overseas has never worried about their children being natural born Americans with two married American citizens.
