Can he rule on the matter?

The President could direct the Attorney General to join the lawsuits, or initiate one in an appropriate Federal District Court. There are probably laws against fraud in federal elections. There are certainly enough federal laws concerning elections, one of which is bound to cover fraudulently running for federal office, possibly raising campaign funds based on fraud.

Futher he could direct the FBI to investigate to find other indications of BO's ineligibility, or eligibility for that matter.

President Bush isn’t goign to do ANYTHING to ‘stir up trouble’ even if it means investigating the legality of Obama presidency- The one huge complaint I’ve had abotu President Bush is that he never, ever, fought hard to defend himself or the republicans while in office- He just let the left and the MSM walk all over him and treat him like absolute dirt, and he’ll let this validation issue slide by as well.

The only chance we have of ever finding out if Obama is a legal citizen or not is for the right to scream as loud as the left did so that we’re heard and can’t be ignored- but by golly, that aint never gonna happen either because the right doesn’t want to be seen as playing ‘dirty politics’.

Alan Key’s motion to investigate will get brushed under the rug just like several other motions to investigate have been as well- Obama apparently is above hte law, and anyone that questions that will be crucified in the court of the MSM
