Keyes, as a losing candidate, can object as a party who will sustain real injury if Obama is unqualified and is sworn in. The court does not hear theoretical cases. It only hears cases when it has the possibility of provising a remedy for the complaint. In this case, declaring Obama ineligible, would reopen the outcome of the race. I guess it would automatically go to McCain?

Not without a fight :-) This particular Constitutional prerequisite has neve been tested (because up until this point in history, candidates had too much common sense to push the issue -- common sense has official left the democrat's party). Just like everyone is trying to run from the issue now, everyone (the RNC, the DNC, the electoral college, the candidates, the citizenry) will be jumping in and claiming a stake if Obama is found ineligible. It's going to be a mad house, but a *NECESSARY* one to endure in order to protect the cornerstone foundation of American government -- my opinion, of course. The best thing that could happen would be for Barack (or, perhaps, Barry) to sound off like he's got a pair and either show the paperwork or step aside cleanly.
