Month ago I read where Keyes question McCain’s eligibility to run. Maybe this is it. I don’t remember Obama & Biden’s name in that article.

This ain't that. The suit mentions Obarry and Plugs by name, and a ton of Democrat operatives.

It was a suit brought on by Markham Robinson, chairman-elect head the American Independent Party (California). Keyes was only brought up because he was the official candidate of the party, but Keyes didn't support Robinson's effort.

Back in 2007, the issue of McCain’s place of burth was clarified.
He is considered eligible- no problems for McCain.
Problem is with NObama.
