McCain has already gone through all the proper procedures, produced his certificate of live birth, and he is, without question, a natural born citizen. His parents were in Panama, his father was there on military duty. They were living on a military base, and both were natural citizens.

Obama has never produced his.

But this would still come before a judge when questioned. Democrats were talking about just this prior to Election Day.

By the way, the issue with Obama, in part, surrounds not the COLB, but the original birth certificate.

The COLB is what has been apparently “shown” to us to date from Obama.

The question remains has the SCOTUS ever defined or determined what ‘natural born citizen’ is? I don’t think so or not that I can find. Thus I’d specualte that if Obama gets removed because of this issue look for McCain to be called on the issue also. Assuming McCain would be consided in some fashion by the EC or the Congress in a state by state vote as a candidate.
