Republican Electors in CA were given the opportunity to join in this suit. There were no takers. Only AIP folks had the guts.
That's because we thought McCain would win the election by 5% or more, thereby making this COLB thing a non-issue. It never really was a non-issue, anyway, even if Obama lost, since if he's not a citizen, he shouldn't even be a US Senator!
If there’s a snowball’s chance of “sending him to the cornfield”, I don’t care *who* does it so long as it gets -done-.
I’m praying for a miracle.
I hope this is it.
It is extraordinary and unacceptable that Senator Obama refuses to make his natural born citizenship status completely clear. The constitutional question is a simple but essential one: anyone who wishes to serve as President of the United States must be clearly and unequivocally a natural born citizen of this country.
Mr. Obama has only recently admitted that he was a dual citizen of Kenya (from his "fightthesmears" website "Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982."); this startling admission now legitimately brings into question all of his clearly complex citizenship issues. Senator Obama must produce all birth records, both from the state of Hawaii and from his birth hospital, and he must produce records clearly showing his citizenship or visa status for his years in Indonesia.
