Ann trashed Fred ThompsonThompson was my favorite pick for President, but never put in the effort. He was never a viable candidate because he didn't really want the job. Better to eliminate him early. That left a pitiful field, and Romney was the least pitiful of the bunch.

Poor campaigner or not, there was no sane reason for Ann trashing Fred the way she did. I wouldn’t have put Ann on this list, but I think that is likely the reason others did.
